Transactional analysis psychopractitioner
When everything freezes, when fears or doubts invade daily life, we can feel very alone.
The psychopractitioner is a professional specialized in empathetic listening, at your pace. My frame is to welcome you as you are today, to move together towards what you need.
Advice, support, therapy with transactional analysis.
In every life, difficult moments occur. Whatever their content, whether these moments are induced by a particular event, or whether they are a diffuse feeling, whether the distress is intense or whether it is a discomfort, all these moments are worthy of attention and can be shared.
If you have arrived on this page, perhaps you find yourself in need of being listened to in these particular places. To overcome, to go through. To develop parts of yourself that have been little or poorly heard until now, to get things moving again.
You may also be in a desire for enthusiastic growth and exploration! Or you may be facing an important life choice and want to be sure that the decision is completely yours, taking into account the entirety of who you are today.
If this is the path you choose, I will then receive you in my office, where everything can be said, and where shame itself, when it is there, can find a place to be heard. I work in an inclusive manner and everyone is welcome with their specificities.
Is this for me?
Whatever your question, you are welcome.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of the themes on which I can work with you: self-confidence issues, persistent or repetitive relationship difficulties, questions about identity, sexual disorders, anxiety, stress, the challenges of old age, etc.
I can also support you while you move forward, come to terms with a bereavement, go through a separation or other challenges.

Contact me
To make an appointment, or explain your particular situation, you can contact me by phone or email. Following an exchange about your needs, I will then be able to communicate my availability to you.

Transactional analysis
Transactional analysis is a method of psychotherapy and a theory of personality and human communication that addresses the emotional, cognitive and behavioral aspects of people.
It is a humanistic psychotherapy , which postulates that every human being has value and dignity, as well as the capacity to think and choose.
By relying on simple concepts, it allows us to link our way of expressing ourselves and our psychological functioning, to deepen self-knowledge, develop the possibility of making new decisions for the future, and aim for autonomy.
Autonomy is here defined as a state where the person is capable of both clear thought, spontaneity and privacy.
-
Clear thinking allows you to be in touch with yourself and others in the present, to think about facts outside of the reflexes resulting from old limiting patterns. This allows a better capacity for problem solving, without forgetting yourself in the process, and to break with a thought that goes round in circles.
-
Spontaneity is not about saying or doing whatever comes to mind. Rather, it is about knowing yourself well enough to be true to yourself in all circumstances, and having enough confidence to be able to show yourself as you are.
-
Intimacy is when we want it, with whom we want it, being able to let our spontaneity meet that of others and enrich our important relationships.
